SHIPPING, RETURNS & ORDER POLICY

The Hub Corporation uses Federal Express (“FedEx”) as its primary shipping carrier for online orders. Standard shipping is provided through FedEx Ground Service, with most domestic orders arriving within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout, subject to carrier availability and additional charges. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available service levels are calculated during checkout based on shipment destination, package dimensions, order weight, and selected shipping method. The Hub Corporation reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for orders processed with inaccurate shipping information, insufficient shipping fees, or unauthorized use of promotional shipping discounts. To ensure safe and efficient delivery, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments or packages at The Hub Corporation’s discretion. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed.

Free Shipping Policy

The Hub Corporation may offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying online orders. Unless otherwise stated, free standard shipping applies only to domestic U.S. orders meeting the applicable minimum purchase threshold before taxes and after discounts. Free shipping promotions are subject to modification, suspension, or cancellation at any time without notice and may exclude oversized items, expedited shipping methods, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted destinations.

International Shipping

The Hub Corporation ships to select international destinations using FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, or other approved international shipping services. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, service level, and shipment weight. The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or other governmental charges associated with international shipments. Such charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees unless expressly stated otherwise. International delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, import restrictions, or other circumstances outside The Hub Corporation’s control. Unless otherwise expressly stated, free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays and facility shutdown periods. Orders submitted before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time with overnight or expedited shipping selected may be processed and shipped the same business day, subject to inventory availability and order verification. All other orders are generally processed within one (1) business day following order placement, subject to inventory availability, payment verification, fraud screening, and operational capacity.

Shipping Restrictions

FedEx and certain carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, including U.S. Postal Service P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or certain international forwarding services. Customers are responsible for providing a valid deliverable physical address. The Hub Corporation reserves the right to reject, delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order due to suspected fraud, export restrictions, inventory shortages, payment disputes, or other legitimate business reasons.

Delivery Disclaimer & Risk of Loss

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Hub Corporation shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, inaccurate shipping information, or events beyond its reasonable control. Title to and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Once an order leaves The Hub Corporation’s facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Claims relating to delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen shipments may be subject to carrier investigation procedures.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information via email once an order has shipped. Tracking information may require up to twenty-four (24) hours to become active within the carrier’s tracking system.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

Orders placed near major holidays or facility shutdown periods may experience processing or shipping delays. The Hub Corporation observes various holidays throughout the calendar year, including but not limited to Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The Hub Corporation may accept eligible returns or exchanges for most unused Products returned in original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Returned products must be in new, resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including but not limited to custom products, clearance items, discontinued products, special-order items, or otherwise designated non-returnable items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from Company error or a verified defective product. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized in writing by The Hub Corporation. No return may be made without prior authorization from The Hub Corporation and issuance of a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”). Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
