Imperium OneSet™ Architecture
Imperium OneSet integrates the components that establish, protect, and retain proper wheel-end operation. Each part has a specific job, but the advantage comes from how they work together.
750K-Mile Warranty
Imperium OneSet™ is built around a complete-system approach to wheel-end reliability. By controlling bearing adjustment, sealing, contaminant exposure, lubricant retention, and spindle retention, OneSet is backed by an industry-leading 750,000-mile limited warranty.
VYTOR XTREME DUTY SEAL
Protects the inboard boundary and captures damaging particles near the seal interface.
THE XTRACTOR HUB CAP
Manages the outboard boundary with active, multistage filtration of the lubricant.
XTREME DUTY GEAR OIL
Maintains the protective film and lubrication conditions critical components depend on.
BUILT FOR EVERY TRAILER OPERATION
Whether you manage a national fleet, maintain trailers one wheel-end at a time, or supply the parts that keep them moving, Imperium OneSet makes installation faster, component selection simpler, and long-term performance more predictable.
FLEETS
Reduce installation variability across technicians and locations with one system-engineered wheel-end package.
SERVICE SHOPS
Complete the job with fewer parts and fewer decisions. A fully pre-adjusted hub ready to install from one package.
DEALERS
Give customers a differentiated hub solution built on the Controlled Operating Environment and a 750K-mile warranty.
Faqs
What is a pre-adjusted wheel hub assembly?
A pre-adjusted hub uses controlled-tolerance bearings and a precision-ground spacer to establish the bearing setting at the factory. This removes the traditional manual bearing-adjustment process during installation and produces a more repeatable setting.
What makes Imperium OneSet different from other pre-adjusted hubs?
Imperium OneSet does more than pre-adjust the bearings. Every assembly includes a Vytor Xtreme-Duty Wheel Seal and an application-matched torque nut—critical wheel-end components that are typically sourced separately with other pre-adjusted assemblies.
This allows The Hub Corporation to approach bearing setting, sealing, contamination control, and spindle retention as one connected system.
What components are included?
Each application-specific OneSet package includes:
- Pre-adjusted wheel hub
- Inboard and outboard bearings
- Matched bearing cups
- Precision-ground spacer
- Vytor Xtreme-Duty Wheel Seal
- Application-matched torque nut
- ABS tone ring
- Magnetic lubricant fill plug
- Installed wheel studs
Does OneSet require manual bearing adjustment?
No traditional bearing adjustment is required. The controlled-width bearings and precision-ground spacer establish the bearing setting. The supplied torque nut must still be installed and secured according to the application-specific instructions.
Does OneSet arrive ready to operate?
OneSet arrives assembled and pre-adjusted, but lubricant must be added after installation. Fill the hub with the correct lubricant type and quantity before placing the trailer into service.
Can standard replacement bearings be used when rebuilding OneSet?
Do not substitute standard bearings without confirming compatibility. Pre-adjusted systems depend on controlled-width bearings and a matched spacer to maintain the correct bearing setting. Use the specified OneSet rebuild components.
How does Imperium OneSet support a Controlled Operating Environment?
OneSet controls the wheel-end’s starting conditions: bearing geometry, inboard sealing, contaminant management, lubricant retention, and spindle retention. Pairing it with Xtractor and the correct Xtreme Duty lubricant extends that control across the complete wheel-end.
Is a hub cap included?
A hub cap is not included unless the individual product listing specifically states otherwise. For full outboard contamination control, pair Imperium OneSet with the appropriate The Xtractor hub cap.
