The Company warrants that each product it manufactures shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period as specified in each product's specific warranty document from the date of delivery to the Buyer.

This Warranty applies only to products manufactured by the Company and does not extend to products, components, or parts not manufactured by the Company.

In the event of a breach of this Warranty, Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and the Company’s sole obligation, shall be, at the Company’s election: (a) repair of the defective product; (b) replacement with a product of equal or greater value; or (c) refund of the original purchase price.

The Company shall not be responsible for any labor, transportation, installation, or other ancillary costs associated with repair or replacement.

This Warranty shall not apply, and the Company shall bear no responsibility, for defects, failures, or damages resulting from: (i) improper installation, handling, maintenance, or repair; (ii) misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration; (iii) application or use in a manner inconsistent with the Company’s published instructions or specifications; (iv) normal wear and tear; or (v) modification or repair by any party other than the Company or its authorized service providers.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No employee, agent, distributor, or representative of the Company is authorized to make any statement or representation inconsistent with or in addition to this Warranty.
