Entorno Operativo Controlado™

THE GOAL: fewer opportunities for premature wear, more predictable maintenance and more value from the components already on your equipment.

PREVENTION IS NOT ENOUGH

Contamination comes from two directions. Dirt, water and debris can enter from outside the wheel-end. Wear particles and other material can also originate inside it. Effective seals address ingress, but once damaging particulate is circulating in the lubricant, sealing alone can't remove it.

Bearing manufacturers describe debris-contaminated lubrication as a significant contributor to premature bearing and gear failure, with lubrication and contamination -including wear particles, maintenance contamination, ineffective sealing and insufficient filtration - among the primary contributors to bearing damage.

CORE PRINCIPLES OF THE C.O.E.

1. DEFEND BOTH BOUNDARIES

Control contamination ingress at both the inboard and outboard sides of the wheel end.

2. ACTIVELY FILTER LUBRICANT

Manage damaging wear particles and contamination already moving through the lubricant.

3. RENEW LUBRICANT PROACTIVELY

Don't wait for a leak or repair - make lubricant renewal an intentional part of preventive maintenance.

4. REMOVE MAINTENANCE FRICTION

Make routine service faster, simpler and less disruptive so beneficial maintenance is easier to perform consistently.

Every product we develop is engineered to support these principles.

The Imperium OneSet™ is the full realization of the COE - an installation-ready TN and TP hub assembly engineered as one complete system for long-term wheel-end protection.

What C.O.E. MEANS FOR YOUR FLEET

PROTECT COMPONENT LIFE

Reduce exposure to the contamination and lubricant conditions that contribute to premature bearing damage.

MAKE PM MORE PRACTICAL

Make lubricant inspection and renewal easier to incorporate into scheduled maintenance.

REDUCE SERVICE COMPLEXITY

Minimize unnecessary wheel-end disassembly and simplify recurring service procedures.

IMPROVE MAINTENANCE CONSISTENCY

Give technicians a more repeatable way to maintain the wheel-end environment across the fleet.

COE is designed to interrupt the conditions that drive premature wheel-end deterioration - controlling contamination, preserving lubricant condition, and making preventive maintenance easier to perform.

For fleets, that means protecting more of the service-life potential already engineered into wheel-end components while reducing unnecessary service, replacement costs, downtime, and maintenance friction.

The value becomes even clearer when you look at the numbers. See how the Controlled Operating Environment™ can simplify maintenance, raise service standards, and reduce wheel-end operating costs.
